Deema Hagehassan is a passionate and strategic litigator who brings a client-first mindset and a sharp eye for detail to every case she handles. Licensed to practice in Michigan since 2020, Deema has built a strong reputation for managing high-volume caseloads with skill, efficiency, and care.
Her practice has focused heavily on insurance defense, particularly first-party PIP, bodily injury, and UM/UIM claims. She has successfully resolved numerous cases across Michigan’s trial courts and is comfortable handling all phases of litigation—from conducting and defending depositions to drafting dispositive motions and arguing in court. Deema’s experience also includes family law and estate matters, giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep empathy for her clients’ legal challenges.
Deema earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees: one in Computer Science from National University and another in Health Care Management from Madonna University. She is certified in civil and domestic relations mediation by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office.
