Samuel L. Rocereta was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended Kutztown University, where he studied finance and economics. After completing his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration, he moved to Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, where he studied at Widener University Delaware Law School.
While earning his Juris Doctorate, and subsequently studying for the Bar Exam, Sam worked for a small firm in West Chester Pennsylvania. Sam also spent a summer during law school working in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. After sitting for the Pennsylvania Bar Exam, Sam spent a few months off traveling and subsequently moved to Phoenix Arizona and sat for the Uniform Bar Exam.
As an attorney, Sam’s practice focuses on transactional law in a variety of areas, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placement Memorandums, Corporate Structures, Federal Tax Incentives, and Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Sam also assists with Education and Title IX matters. Sam is licensed to practice law in the all Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, all Courts in the State of Arizona and the State of Utah, the United States District of Arizona, and the United States District of Utah. Sam is passionate about providing excellent representation and personalized service to clients. When Sam isn’t assisting clients, he spends his time traveling and hiking with his family and seeing live music.
