Victoria L. Visbisky “Tori” is a graduate of Temple Law School with several years’ experience in criminal defense work. A former Public Defender, Tori is determined to make clients feel safe and comfortable in discussing their cases openly and honestly.
Tori spent two years as a practicing Defender in Philadelphia, first representing children involved in dependency and fighting for their access to resources. Tori then proceeded to criminal defense work in Philadelphia’s fast-paced court system, ensuring that her clients always felt centered and empowered to tackle their cases head on.
Tori continues to strive to make the court system feel less frightening for her clients, guiding them through each step of the process so that they can make informed decisions.
Tori handles Criminal, Family, Civil Rights, Education and Civil Litigation. Tori is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, National Lawyer’s Guild, National Police Accountability Project (NPAP) Angela is licensed to Practice Law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
